Dana White and Chris Knoblock are an award-winning filmmaking team. Their work often reflects the stories of the quiet and forgotten subjects and voices in the world. Those of everyday people, the stories not easily told, stories that inspire, as well as the stories some don't want to hear. Their inspirations gravitate to the areas of human compassion, connection, elder abuse, loss, grief, PTSD, trauma, and ageism. Their films have been screened all over the world. Works include the feature film, "In the Orchard", which won the Jury Award for Best Feature Film at the 2018 Sonoma International FF, "Magan's Fare", starring Barkhad Abdi, winner of Best Live Action Short at the 2025 St Louis International FF, and Best Live Action Short nominee at the 2025 Raindance FF. Also, "Involuntary", starring Jack McGee, with Official Selections at festivals such as the 2023 Justice FF and the 2024 Cleveland International FF, and "Turning Blue", starring Kathleen Chalfant (Familiar Touch), which premiered at the 2021 Cleveland International FF. It went on to screen nationally and internationally and was the winner of Best Writer of a Drama at the NYWIFT Awards. Dana is a proud Film Fatales and NY Women in Film & Television member. In 2023, Dana was awarded an Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award. She was one of six media artists in the state of Ohio to win this prestigious award.
